Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise a team of accounting personnel
- Ensure financial and management reports are accurately prepared and submitted to management on a timely basis
- Provide senior management with insightful analysis of the company’s business and performance
- Prepare forecast / budget & cash flow management for the company
- Responsible for researching tax, accounting and legal issues on transactions to ensure proper preparation and disclosure of financial statement
- Liaise with auditors / tax agents / bankers / company secretary and lawyers
- Responsible for further development and documentation of policies and procedures to enhance controls and improve efficiency
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent professional degree. CPA is mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Must be meticulous and possess strong analytical skills.
