Accounts Officer

Responsibilities
  • Handling full set of accounts for the 2 to 3 companies.
  • Process AP, check disbursements to suppliers
  • Process AR, credit control and collections
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Allocation and input into accounting system
  • Perform monthly stock entries and periodic stock count
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation to sub ledgers (AR, AP, Fixed Assets and Inventory)
  • Prepare monthly audit schedules
  • Undertake any other ad hoc assignments
  • Assist office administration
  • Assist in month end closing and reporting
Requirements
  • Diploma with min. 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in travel environment an advantage
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software, preferably in Accpac & MYOB
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Must be a team player
  • Responsible with good working attitude
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
