ACCOUNTS OFFICER
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the external and group's accounts payable transactions.
  • Manage the expense claim system for local and expatriate employees.
  • Handle multi currencies bank account reconciliation and revaluation.
  • Maintain and update the fixed assets register.
  • Process inter-company debit and credit transaction and reconciliation.
  • Handle reconciliation of balance sheet and P&L schedules.
  • Assist in the reporting to head office and other duties which include inventory control.
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Accountancy with at least 2 years' accounting experience preferably with fully computerized accounting system.
  • Computer literate with high proficiency in MS Office applications, those with MS Access knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality and a good working attitude.
  • A team player and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Company transport will be provided at designated pick up points.
