As part of expansion initiatives in Asia Pacific region, we are looking for a meticulous and responsible Accounts Assistant to join us in our Asia Pacific head office in Singapore.
- Responsible for full set of accounts
- Fully in charge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Fixed Assets
- Perform monthly closing as well as updating financial package schedules and preparation of audit / tax schedules
- Prepares quarterly GST filing and perform bank reconciliation
- LCCI / CAT / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of working experience in accounts-related work
- Good knowledge and experience in the use of MS-Office software tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with the use of Oracle preferred
- Hands-on, initiative and independent
- Singaporeans and Permanent Residents preferred.
