As part of expansion initiatives in Asia Pacific region, we are looking for a meticulous and responsible Accounts Assistant to join us in our Asia Pacific head office in Singapore.
 
The candidate reports directly to the Financial Controller.

 
Accounts Assistant

 
Job Description:
  • Responsible for full set of accounts
  • Fully in charge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Fixed Assets
  • Perform monthly closing as well as updating financial package schedules and preparation of audit / tax schedules
  • Prepares quarterly GST filing and perform bank reconciliation 
Requirements:

  • LCCI / CAT / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of working experience in accounts-related work
  • Good knowledge and experience in the use of MS-Office software tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with the use of Oracle preferred
  • Hands-on, initiative and independent
  • Singaporeans and Permanent Residents preferred.
Location and Working days:
  • Central
  • 5 days work week
