Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage full spectrum of the financial functions and its subsidiaries in Asia Pacific
- Lead and manage a team, playing an important role in ensuring rigorous standards of finance and accounting management
- Reporting to Region Controller and will be responsible for reviewing and refining the existing financial policies and systems to improve operational and management efficiency
- Perform business analysis, budget control, business plans, inventory control, cash flow management, tax reporting and operation review
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial accounting and reporting, including management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Partner Business Leaders on financial analysis of business activities
- Work closely with sale teams in driving revenue growth and work with operations to streamline processes and improve overall operational structure
- Review customers’ contracts to maximize profit for the organization
- Liaise with external and internal auditors, tax consultants as well as regulatory bodies
- Work with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit closing
- Compliance with local and corporate accounting, tax and other statutory and corporate requirements
- Manage cash flow planning, credit control, foreign currency exposure and finance cost
- Degree in Accountancy with 5 to 8 years relevant experience
- Excellent Communication skills to work effectively with all levels
- Analytical mind with initiative and flair for numbers
