ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support with billing functions
- Monitor the collection of the Accounts Receivables and ensure prompt receipt
- Follow up with overdue accounts, prepare statement of accounts and debtors age analysis
- Assist in banking administration such as handling and banking cheques
- Perform bank & other accounting related reconciliations
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of GST return
- Take charge of the company’s fixed asset
- Support in other accounting & financial related functions
- Minimum diploma holder/ LCCI/ CAT/ Nitec in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Careful with details and enjoy working with data/numbers
- Hardworking, meticulous and a team player
- Ability to multi-task with good coordination & able to work independently
- Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or SPRs.
