An established organization is searching for:
Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist VP to plan, co-ordinate, and oversee the departmental activities (AR, FA, GL, and Treasury) and established goals, objectives and operational priorities to ensure delivery of effective and quality service
- Monitor daily operation and resolving the operation issue on timely basis with the assistant of the Finance Staff
- Ensure the internal customer’s requirements are identified and consistently attained
- Enforce implementation of internal controls, management’s directives, policies and procedures
- Development of policies or standard operating procedure (SOP)
- Participate in project implementation for system
- Establishes staff training and performance goals (KPI), conduct performance reviews and evaluations in order to promote continuous growth and high quality work
- Monitor staff KPI and prepare the KPI report for review
- Responsible for monthly assessment run and overall in charge of intercompany AR & AP reconciliation and elimination
- Manage banking relationships and coordinate all banking needs for the group, including managing the opening/closure of bank accounts and act as system administrator of internet cash management system
- Review group’s currency/financial risk exposure and work on hedging strategies
- Handle loan administration and ensure compliance with bank credit facility agreements
- Liaison with Bankers on loan drawdown and interest fixing period
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Business Administration or ACCA qualification
- Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience
- Good knowledge of cash management system, loan documentation and financial instruments
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
