Company Description

We are a company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange with offices in China and Singapore.

This position is to be based in Singapore.
Finance Manager  

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring that the Group’s accounts are prepared in accordance with relevant accounting standards and statutory requirements.
2. Responsible for Group’s financial announcements according to Listing rules.
3. Responsible for monthly consolidated accounts and related management reports for the Group of companies.
4. Analysis of group performance and explanation of material variances.
5. Responsible for Group budgeting process.
6. Review and implement good internal control procedures and accounting policies.
7. Liaising with external auditors, secretarial and tax agents.
8. Other Monitoring and Ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements:

   1. CPA or ACCA with at least 3 years of audit experience in a Big 4 firm.
   2. Self-starter with an analytical mind, excellent management and interpersonal skills.
   3. Proficient in MS Office.
   4. Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
   5. Able to travel overseas.
   6. Only Singaporeans and PR Holders need apply.
