Job responsibilities:
- Reporting to Chief Financial Controller
- Ensure full set of accounts for the Group is properly maintained and smooth year end audit processes
- Approve daily confirmations and settlements of finance and treasury transactions.
- Oversee financial reporting and provide financial analyses to support business decision-making;
- Assist in developing policies and procedures to improve financial and operational processes;
- Ensure the smooth and effective management of the accounting activities which include reviewing and streamlining the current processes to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reviewing and assisting in new system implementation;
- Responsible for timely month-end consolidation and preparation of reports and analyses;
- Assist in Group tax matters
- Liaise with banker, creditors, suppliers, company secretary, and any other third party, as required.
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications
- CPA preferred
- 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience, preferably from MNC
- Experience in Group Consolidation is preferred
- Able to meet tight deadlines
- Possess good communications skills
- Singaporean and Singapore PR
