Regional Accounting Manager
Our client, a well known and established European MNC, is inviting suitably qualified candidates to fill the above position
Job Requirement
- Degree in Accountancy with min 8 years relevant working and supervisory experiences in a highly computerized and dynamic environment
- Sound knowledge of financial accounting standards, taxation standards and legislations
- Preferable with knowledge of Oracle Accounting software
- Self-motivation, initiative and teamwork skills
- Effective interpersonal skills, good analytical skill and meticulous with an eye for details
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure within tight reporting deadlines
- Responsible for the completeness and accuracy entries in Oracle, as part of the full set reporting.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, forecast and annual budget
- Improve on current AR; AP and GL scheduled update processes.
- Responsible for cash-flow management (AR&AP) and treasury functions
- Oversee full spectrum of regional accounting functions
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Monitoring of actual performance against budget / forecast
- Providing support to the regional operations in areas of financial, management accounting, budgeting, taxations, internal controls and cash flow monitoring.
- Provide financial analysis to management
- Ensure proper internal controls and compliance with accounting standards, policies and procedures and look to continuously improve and develop accounting practices and internal controls
- 9am to 6pm (5-days week)
