We now seek applicants for the below:
Accounts Executive
(Tampines)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for intercompany/ third party claim invoicing and follow up on collections'
• Responsible for maintaining fixed assets register and perform reconciliation;
• Assist in preparing quarterly GST submission;
• Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial and management reports;
• Assist Manager in the accounting function as and when required.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least ACCA Level 2/Diploma in Accountancy with min 2 years' related experience in a similar capacity;
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Experience in Manufacturing environment preferred;
• Mature, Proactive, Meticulous and Organised;
• Proficiency in MS Office Application (Excel, Word);
• Good command of oral & written in English and Mandarin;
• Knowledge of L/C would be an advantage;
• Applicants should be Singapore Citizen, Singapore PR or Malaysia Citizen.
