Accounts Executive
(Tampines)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for intercompany/ third party claim invoicing and follow up on collections'
- Responsible for maintaining fixed assets register and perform reconciliation;
- Assist in preparing quarterly GST submission;
- Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial and management reports;
- Assist Manager in the accounting function as and when required.
- Must possess at least ACCA Level 2/Diploma in Accountancy with min 2 years' related experience in a similar capacity;
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Experience in Manufacturing environment preferred;
- Mature, Proactive, Meticulous and Organised;
- Proficiency in MS Office Application (Excel, Word);
- Good command of oral & written in English and Mandarin;
- Knowledge of L/C would be an advantage;
- Applicants should be Singapore Citizen, Singapore PR or Malaysia Citizen.
