A German MNC located in Tuas is looking for Admin cum Accounts Executive to join their dynamic team.
Admin & Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls and route calls to the correct personnel
- Receive and attend to visitors
- Sort mails and dispatch to the respective departments
- Acknowledge receipt of registered mails and courier
- Handle out-going mails and arrange for dispatch/courier
- Co-ordinate office equipments repair and maintenance
- In charge of office building maintenance and security
- In charge of purchase of stationery and pantry items
- Assist on other administrative duties as assigned
- Candidates must possess at least an 'A' level
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience
- Prefer accounting background
- Good command in English and excellent interpersonal skill
- Computer literate is a must
- Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience
- Prefer PR / Malaysian
- Company bus transport is provided at Boon Lay and Choa Chu Kang MRT
- Working hours – 5 day work week, from 8.30am to 5.45pm
