Finance Manager
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise a team of accounting personnel
• Ensure financial and management reports are accurately prepared and submitted to management on a timely basis
• Provide senior management with insightful analysis of the company’s business and performance
• Prepare forecast / budget & cash flow management for the company
• Responsible for researching tax, accounting and legal issues on transactions to ensure proper preparation and disclosure of financial statement
• Liaise with auditors / tax agents / bankers / company secretary and lawyers
• Responsible for further development and documentation of policies and procedures to enhance controls and improve efficiency
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent professional degree. CPA is mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Must be meticulous and possess strong analytical skills.

Accounts Officer
 
Responsibilities

• Handling full set of accounts for the 2 to 3 companies.
• Process AP, check disbursements to suppliers
• Process AR, credit control and collections
• Bank Reconciliation
• Allocation and input into accounting system
• Perform monthly stock entries and periodic stock count
• Prepare monthly reconciliation to sub ledgers (AR, AP, Fixed Assets and Inventory)
• Prepare monthly audit schedules
• Undertake any other ad hoc assignments
• Assist office administration
• Assist in month end closing and reporting

Requirements

• Diploma with min. 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in travel environment an advantage
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software, preferably in Accpac & MYOB
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must be a team player
• Responsible with good working attitude
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
