Senior / Accountant
Our client, a global leader in pharmaceutical services, improving healthcare worldwide by providing innovative, quality professional expertise, market intelligence and partnering solutions to meet the dynamic needs of the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare industries, is inviting suitably qualified candidates to fill the above position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages Project Accounting and Costing for the laboratory business
- Manages Fixed Asset, Inventory Control and Intercompany transactions
- Performs month-end closing, analysis and prepares month-end schedules
- Works with Operations on financial issues
- Liaise with inter-company contacts
- Other ad-hoc assignments
- Degree in Accountancy or ACCA; CPA preferred
- Minimum 7 years working experience in accounting; preferably some working experience in public accounting firm
- Experience in full set of accounts, financial analysis and management accounting
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Very proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
- Knowledge in ACCPAC and Hyperion Financial Management will be advantageous
- Good communication and organisational skill
