Are you keen to explore a multi-billion dollar Fortune 500 pharmaceutical organization? They are currently looking for a highly motivated and dedicated team player to be a Finance Manager, playing a critical role in leading, motivating and building a high performance winning team.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be coordinating the execution of financial control processes and ensure effective implementation, managing budget, costing and management accounting activities. You will ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures and support management in value-added financial analysis. You will also prepare and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and coordinate improvement initiatives for the department.
To be a winning candidate, you must be a qualified CPA and a member of ICPAS with a Degree in Accountancy/ Finance. You must have at least 6 years of professional working experience in a manufacturing or multinational environment with 3 years’ experience in a managerial capacity. You must have a working knowledge of SAP and familiar with US GAAP. Personality wise, you must be highly motivated with the ability to work independently under tight timeline with minimal supervision. Additionally, a team player with good leadership, strong communication and interpersonal skills is essential.
