Our Client, a leading business space and industrial real estate developer located in the western part of Singapore, is seeking for a responsible and meticulous Accounts Executive to join their established organization.
The Role:
- Responsible in the preparation and maintenance of full set of accounts
- Prepare financial data for entry into the financial system
- Keep accounting records and bank statements
- Prepare monthly audit schedules, maintain loan schedule
- Check invoices and arrange payments
- Keep records on the fixed assets register
- Handle year-end statutory audit, preparation of statutory accounts, tax computation
- Provide other supporting functions to the Division
- Diploma in Accounting with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with transactions in multi-currencies
- Knowledge of accounting software, Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge on Hyperion will be added advantage.
- Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- An independent team worker
