As a result of expansion and rapid growth which is expected to continue, this company is currently seeking an experienced Financial Analyst.

  Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, you will ensure accuracy of budgets/ results, introduce new, improve and support existing business processes surrounding the product lifecycle, ensuring the financial viability of such decisions are in line with corporate strategy and guidelines. You will provide support and accountability concerning the planning, monitoring and analysis of all marketing and trade expenditure.

  You will contribute to the ongoing improvement of Business performance and profitability through the analysis and assessment of trading performances against plans, selected key performance indicators and measures via a monthly review process - Category Profitability Analysis reporting.

To qualify, individual must possess:

• A minimum of 3 years relevant commercial finance experience from a FMCG industry
• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy
• Strong knowledge in SAP and proficiency in MS Excel
• Able to commence work within short notice period
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong financial leadership, innovative planning and sound management are essential
