Key Responsibilities

* Perform timely closing of AP, AR, GL
* Generate & ensure monthly journal are duly passed at month end
* Maintain FA register in updating additional & disposal on timely manner
* Prepare monthly bank reconciliation & balance sheet schedules
* GL accounts reconciliation and analysis
* Quarterly GST returns
* Timely submission of government statistics & survey forms
* Verification of sub-contractor claims
* Ensure integrity of financial data
* Lead junior colleagues
* Assist Accounts Manager in other finance-related matters


Key Requirements

* ACCA, Degree in Accountancy
* 2 years related experience
* Knowledge of ACCPAC


Working location: West, Pioneer. Transport at Jurong East, Boon Lay & Lakeside MRT
Working hours: 8am to 5pm (Mon to Fri), 8am to 12pm (Sat)
