Company Description

AvanStrate Asia Pte. Ltd. is a manufacturer of LCD glass panel substrate located in Tuas South.  We are currently looking for :-

ACCOUNTING OFFICER     Post Date: 28 Jul 09

Requirements:
  • Degree / Diploma / LCCI in accounting discipline.
  • Microsoft word and excel skill.
  • 2 to 3 year accounting experience preferably in manufacturing environment.
  • Fresh graduates or with little experience will also be considered.
  • Hand on experience in ACCPAC system.
  • Familiar with E-Banking transaction.
  • Familiar with MES compliance
  • Salary $1600- $1800
Job Responsibilities:
  • Liase with insurance company on outward marine cargo insure.
  • Liase with Sales department on sales invoicing.
  • Maintain sales report by product group.
  • Update monthly financial report (sales budget and investment plan)
  • Monthly tacking cost saving activity and update the report.
  • Accounts coding on supplier invoice and data entry into Accpac system.
  • Handle E-banking transaction on GIRO (employee expense claim).
  • Handle Accounts Payable in Accpac system.
  • Issuance of sales invoice and statement of accounts to customer.
  • Prepare GST quarterly submission report and MES Inward Summary Report.
  • Assist Accounting Manager in maintaining Fixed Asset Register and Fixed Asset Tagging.
  • Assist Audit Manager during Audit query.
  • Handle government survey.
