Join an expanding and progressive company who is innovative, in the FMCG industry. You will be a key member of the finance team, providing the analysis and administration within Financial Planning and Performance Management at an intermediate professional level. Your decisions will have a significant impact on the business.
You will be handling financial analysis, manage and drive profitability & cash flow, handling financial planning process and be involved in internal controls. You will be responsible for applying fundamental concepts, theories, and principles in a professional or technical discipline that is analytical, creative, evaluative and/or advisory in nature. You will independently apply standard practices and procedures making minor modifications as necessary. Also, you will develop conclusions and make recommendations on a variety of moderately complex issues.
To be the successful candidate, you must have a Degree in Accountancy, plus a minimum of 2 years experience in accounting or financial analysis within a Fortune 500/multi-national consumer products company. Efficient verbal and written communication skills in local market language are vital, with the ability to clearly articulate policies and instructions. You must also have the ability to share ideas and develop effective responses or elevate to higher management.
