Assistant Accounting Manager Post Date: 26 Jul 09
Responsibilities:
- Routine financial and management reporting.
- Preparation of daily cash flow projection and foreign currency position report
- Quarterly GST declaration to IRAS.
- Preparation of annual business plan.
- Assisting in project feasibility study and handling computerized projects as and when assigned
- Coordination of both internal and external financial audits.
- Coordination of both internal and external SOX audits.
- Supervision of external audits for the company
- Daily monitoring of the following :
o export L/C negotiation
o stock & merchandise GP control
o expenditure control against budget
Requirements:
- A good Accountancy degree or other equivalent professional qualifications
- Minimum 5 year’s relevant experience in a sales company environment
- A self motivated leader and able to “hand on”.
- Good interpersonal skills and supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in ORACLE financial software is desirable
