Assistant Accounting Manager     Post Date: 26 Jul 09

Responsibilities:
  • Routine financial and management reporting.
  • Preparation of daily cash flow projection and foreign currency position report
  • Quarterly GST declaration to IRAS.
  • Preparation of annual business plan.
  • Assisting in project feasibility study and handling computerized projects as and when assigned
  • Coordination of both internal and external financial audits.
  • Coordination of both internal and external SOX audits.
  • Supervision of external audits for the company
  • Daily monitoring of the following :
          o credit review and debt control
          o export L/C negotiation
          o stock & merchandise GP control
          o expenditure control against budget

Requirements:
  • A good Accountancy degree or other equivalent professional qualifications
  • Minimum 5 year’s relevant experience in a sales company environment
  • A self motivated leader and able to “hand on”.
  • Good interpersonal skills and supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency in ORACLE financial software is desirable
