The Role: 

The incumbent will be required to:

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly financial plans and results
• Provide monthly financial analysis of operating results for business units and corporate finance organization.
• Prepare balance sheet and review, analyze balance sheet information
• Able to perform management reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Highlight variance analysis to management
• Adhoc projects for management decision making

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or equivalent quaifications
• Strong accounting background
• Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience.
• A self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem solving skill
• Highly proficient with MS office especially in Excel

You will provide support and accountability concerning the planning, monitoring and analysis of all marketing and trade expenditure.

  You will contribute to the ongoing improvement of Business performance and profitability through the analysis and assessment of trading performances against plans, selected key performance indicators and measures via a monthly review process - Category Profitability Analysis reporting.

To qualify, individual must possess:

• A minimum of 3 years relevant commercial finance experience from a FMCG industry
• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy
• Strong knowledge in SAP and proficiency in MS Excel
• Able to commence work within short notice period
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong financial leadership, innovative planning and sound management are essential
