Job Requirements:

• A qualified CPA in Malaysia or Singapore with at least 5 years of post graduate experience, of which 2 years should be with one of the big four international accounting firms or MNCs;
• Experience in the manufacturing industry and at the managerial level will be advantageous.
• Competent in cost accounting and internal control and accounting systems implementation and IT proficient.
• Dynamic, self-driven and an effective team worker.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work under pressure;
• Strong leadership skills and a high sense of integrity;
• Effective communication, people management and problem solving skills;

Job Responsibilities:

• Exercise strict financial discipline over all areas of operation;
• Ensure timely submission of management and financial reports;
• Provide cogent analysis of financial, management reports and project proposals;
• Prepare budgets and business plans;
• Establish and maintain an effective system of internal controls;
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, and local regulatory authorities;
• Plan and control the administration of the company and IT function
