Responsibilities:
- Maintain full set of account.
- Prepare monthly management report including analysis and schedule for subsidiaries.
- Management of cashflow, including preparation of Cash flow Projection and Annual Budgeting.
- Prepare and ensure timely generation and accuracy of all reports.
- Liase with external auditor and company secretary.
- To coordinate with operations department to ensure completeness of billings and collections
- To ensure payment voucher and cheques are supported with supplier invoice and/or claim form
- Diploma in Accounting / ACCA / or its equivalent.
- Min. 5 years experience in handling full set of accounts.
- Familiar with Accpac accounting software.
- Team player, mature and with good inter-personal skill.
- Hands-on experience in using computerized accounting system.
- Meticulous with ability to work independently.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Singaporean and PR are welcome to apply
- Able to commence work immediately.
