Accountant (REIT) Post Date: 29 Aug 09
Our client is a well established and strong performing REIT in the Asia Pacific region. They are currently looking for an Accountant (Group Finance) to join their established team.
Reporting to the VP – Finance, you will be responsible for analyzing business and financial performance for business segments, liaise with operation units on financial performance analysis and other financial issues, financial control, accounting and reporting functions and ensure that accounting reports are in compliance with approved accounting and tax regulations, standards and practices. In addition, you will prepare and review financial and management reports, assist in financial process review and re – engineering and liaise with business units, internal and external auditors, legal and tax advisors on related matters.
You should have a Good University Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent, preferably a CPA with minimum 3 years of experience with large reputable organizations. To succeed in this role, you should have good communication skills and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Experience in Real Estate industry will be advantageous.
