Accounts Receivables Executive Post Date: 27 Aug 09
Our Client, a MNC located in the EAST is seeking for an independent & responsible Accounts Executive to join their established organization.
The Role:
- Handle month-end, quarterly and year-end closing activities,
- Asisst in accounting request through SRT and also to ensure that all requests is completed in SAP requirement.
- Execution of J-SOX controls and ensure proper documentation and archiving
- Reviews periodical reconciliation performed by BSC
- Handle daily AR management of DSO receivables
- Assist in relevant schedule/calculation and co-ordination of information required for audit exercise, corporate income tax calculation, various statistics etc.
- Monitor bank balance via cash movement report on regular basis to enure that all cash, inventory and sales reconciliation are completed.
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent in professional Accounting certificatesProficiency in SAP systems will be an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years experience in a large multinational company in a similar finance support and service function
- Highly driven and possess good interpersonal & analytical skills
- Immediate starter
- Good command of English
- Proficient in MS office skills
