Accounts Executive cum HR
Our client a German MNC located in the west area seeks qualify candidates to assume the role of Accounts Executive cum HR
The Job:
- Responsible for AR, AP, Bank reconciliations and postings
- Process incoming supplier invoices, GIRO and cheque payments, staff claims
- Liaise with Company Lawyer, Auditor, Secretary
- Assist in general HR related matters
- Minimum A level/ Diploma with 3 years relevant experience in Accounting and HR matters
- Must be able to speak Mandarin and English
- Knowledge in SAP will be desirable
- 5 days work week (8.30am to 5.30am)
- Pickup points at designated area for staffs
