Senior HR Manager / Finance Manager
SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER, BASED IN MIDDLE EAST
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the CEO, you play a critical role in driving HR initiative and strategies and improvement in HR program and processes
- As advisor and mentor to the HR Manager in the execution of the full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment, retention, regulatory compliance, benefits, organizational development, employee relations, housing, compensation & benefits, staff survey.
- Develop, implement and manage adherence to HR policies, procedures and initiatives across the organization
- Ensure the most effective utilization of the people within the HR team and management of HR matters
- Bachelors or Masters Degree, preferably with specialization in Human Resources
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in HR management and strong combination of strategic and operational HR experience
- Experience in designing new HR processes or redesigning/streamlining existing ones - to align with business strategy
- Preferably with experience in healthcare, life science sector or hospital environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, mentoring and team building skills; strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Dynamic with pleasant disposition, able to work in a fast paced and multicultural environment
- Good command of English, and able to communicate and interact with all levels of people from diverse backgrounds and countries.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of finance accounting and management reporting functions
- Ensure timely monthly closing, quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes including finalising the Business Unit (BU) Profit & Loss Accounts, Balance Sheet Manage cash flow and liaise with both internal (e.g. treasury, internal audit) and external parties (e.g. auditors, bankers, tax authorities)
- Work closely with BU on business plans, budget, forecast and actual treatments.
- Provide financial analysis on variances in budget/ forecast numbers.
- Degree of Accountancy with experience from the audit firms
- Min 6 years of accounting experience in large organization
- Able to work under pressure and ensure accuracy and quality of work
- Possess positive attitude and team spirit
- Must be hands-on and meticulous
