Responsibilities:
- Handling AR/ AP functions
- Assist the financial manager in all accounting function
- Undertaking complete payables function such as processing invoices, payment runs and reconciliations
- Providing support and back-up to other members of Finance team, including coordinating of petty cash, payroll system interfaces, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation and other ancillary functions.
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years working experience in CHINA
- Minimum 2 years working experience in SINGAPORE
- Computer literate in Microsoft Words and Excel
- Can start work immediately
- Preferably with MYOB knowledge
- Preferably account experience in construction industry
- Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin
