Accountant :
Main responsibilities includes :
- Full set of accounts
- Annual report and statutory reporting
- GST filing
- Monitor the monthly closing of accounts
- Prepare and manage the group cash flow
- Handle forecast and annual budgeting
- Assist in Investor relations such as analyst briefing and press releases
- CPA qualifications and/or Degree in Accountancy
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience with preferrably 2 years in a listed Real Estate developer company.
- Singaporeans or Singapore PRs only
