Finance Manager (Collections)      
           
Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely billings and collections
• Ensure proper recording of financial transactions for purpose of accurate reporting and GST filing
• Oversee customer-related financial matters as well as donation funds
• To prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for reporting
• Ensure proper recording and timely reporting of the financial statements so as to achieve compliance with statutory requirements
• Review and implement system enhancement and work processes
• Review existing policies and guidelines and recommend ways of improvement
• Ensure implementation of financial policies and procedures
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax consultants and local authorities on financial matters

Requirements:

• Accounting Degree with minimum 5 years experience and preferably last 2 years
• Good working Knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Experience and knowledge in SAP
• A hand-on person who is meticulous and able to work independently
• A pro-active team leader with strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills
• Familiar with FRS and have a strong awareness of recent developments in accounting standards
• Experience in system implementation
