Job Descriptions/ Job Requirements:


Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with country finance on timely GL closing and financial reporting to SEA headquarters
2. Prepare monthly PL commentaries, financial presentations, mid month estimates and any ad hoc requests from WW business
3. Responsible for consolidating the monthly SEA results, forecasting and budget
4. Build business information database to support information requests and historical analysis
5. Provide business analysis support to the business managers for optimal decision making
6. Responsible for pricing analysis support to ensure profitability
7. Track key performance indicators and monitor expenses

• Tertiary Degree (Accounting or Finance)
• Professional Degree (ACCA)
• Minimum 5 years in financial planning and analysis role preferably with some background of financial accounting
• Multinational background preferred
• Regional exposure will be helpful
• Good command of English
• Able to perform detailed and meticulous work
• Proficient in Microsoft applications. Advanced Excel skill is a MUST
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Business Warehouse and Hyperion preferred
• Practical experience with consolidation process
• Able to work effectively with all levels of personnel in different functions and cultures across SEA
• Ability to organize his/her work and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work across cultures
