Pu Tien Restaurant Pte Ltd was founded in 2000 and was rated as one of the Top 50 restaurants in Singapore in 2006. We are currently expanding our business into a chain of restaurants, and are therefore looking for following position.
ACCOUNTANT/ SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for month-end closing, bank reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation
- Maintain fixed assets register and stock list
- Prepare and file GST returns
- Liaise with the bankers, auditors, tax consultants and other professional advisors
- Prepare audit schedules and ensure compliance to external audit
- Check, verify and process invoices, expense claims & reimbursements
- Assist the financial manager in all accounting function
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Preferably with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Able to work independently with minimum supervisation
- Able to communicate effectively in Chinese and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- ONLY Singaporeans/Singapore PRs may apply
