Our client is a well established Public Listed Property Developer with a strong global presence. I line with their business plan, they are looking for a dynamic Financial Controller to join their finance division in Singapore.
Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for managing the JV partners and corporate accounting functions including monthly management reporting, annual budgeting, cash flow forecasting and treasury planning. You will also be expected to oversee the quarter-end reporting, capital call and distribution process for the real estate fund, manage real estate financing which entails negotiation with banks on project level loans as well as reviewing quarterly consolidated project cash flow and advising on capital.
You should have a degree in accountancy or equivalent with at least 8 years of relevant experiences preferably gained from private equity or Real Estate. Experience managing corporate accounting is highly advantageous. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar with Singapore’s regulatory and tax law as well as is proficient in spoken and written Chinese. Leadership skills and strong cultural awareness will be vital.
