Accountant (6-month contract)
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in settlement and accounting of treasury transactions, including foreign exchange and money market transactions, financial derivatives
- Assist in financial month-end and year-end closing
- Assist in the implementation of corporate treasury system including hedge accounting and interface with General Ledger
- Monitor principal and interest payments, and other obligations under loan agreements
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent preferably a CPA Singapore
- At least 2 years’ relevant working experience
- Applicants with knowledge of FRS 39 and financial instruments will have an added advantage
