Responsibilities:
- Examine and analyze accounting records to determine financial status of the company and prepare reports concerning operating procedures
- Design risk management processes
- Analyzes project results and formulate recommendations for changes in key business drivers, policy or procedure
- Assesses the implementation of corrective action plans and verify their effectiveness.
- Develops methodologies to measure impact of changes to drivers, policies and procedures
- Reviews policies and procedures to ensure set up of proper/adequate accounting controls.
- Gain an understanding of corporate systems and determine which current applications could improve processes or solidify controls
- Ensures compliance on documented corporate policies and procedures by establishing an action plan
- Must have 3 to 5 years experience in internal audit, with 1 to 2 years supervisory experience
- Preferred industry audit experience; top audit firms, manufacturing, real estate, energy, schools
- Graduate of Accountancy, CPA is a must
- Very good communication skills – oral and written
- Personal qualities: leadership, hardworking, flexible, willing to work in long hours
- Candidates must be willing to Work in Makati City
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
