Accounts Officers (Foreign Bank)            
     
Responsibilities:

• Process and validate suppliers’ invoices
• Check and validate staff claims
• Prepare SWIFT messages
• Filing and consolidation of processed invoices and claims
• Preparation of Regulatory, Head Office, Internal and any ad-hoc reporting
• Assist in the smooth running of ancillary function like Accounts Payable and Nostro reconciliation
• Assist in the review of existing and new regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and proactively advise business units of any potential implications to the Bank and business
  

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in accounting with relevant experience
• Experience in handling of PPS system
• Knowledge in SWIFT payments
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborative working relationships
• Contract accounts roles are available too
