Senior Accountant (Costing and Pricing Management)     
          Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Finance Manager
• Support Costing & Transfer Pricing Manager in the set up and maintance of the full tranfer pricing process
• Perform modelling of special requests for transfer price changes
• Set up related software tools and negotiate transfer pricing with affliates
• Set up contracts and related database, initiate payments and liaise wtih Tax stakeholders
• Set up and maintain Product Standard Cost to monitor product cost development
• Analyze performance related to product and servies (Sales) as compared to budget, and highlight any variances with accurate and timely information to management
• Analyze BOM, routing and work with R&D on cost improvements and product selection by affiliate to develop cost efficient solutions for respective affilifates
• Support the budget process for transfer pricing within the internal offices
• Consolidate the results with regular forecast updates
• Monitor all value flow process and handle correspondence with subsidiaries/ vendors on costing issues to ensure efficient handling of these matters
• Support SAP system implementation
• Support other projects in the transfer pricing and sales reporting environment
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / ACCA with pricing experience
• Minimum 6 years of accounting experience with 2 years of transfer pricing experience in a superviory role, preferably in the manufacturing/ electronics industry
• Project leadership experience is an advantage to lead in small to medium-sized projects

Finance Manager (Collections)      
           
Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely billings and collections
• Ensure proper recording of financial transactions for purpose of accurate reporting and GST filing
• Oversee customer-related financial matters as well as donation funds
• To prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for reporting
• Ensure proper recording and timely reporting of the financial statements so as to achieve compliance with statutory requirements
• Review and implement system enhancement and work processes
• Review existing policies and guidelines and recommend ways of improvement
• Ensure implementation of financial policies and procedures
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax consultants and local authorities on financial matters

Requirements:

• Accounting Degree with minimum 5 years experience and preferably last 2 years
• Good working Knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Experience and knowledge in SAP
• A hand-on person who is meticulous and able to work independently
• A pro-active team leader with strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills
• Familiar with FRS and have a strong awareness of recent developments in accounting standards
• Experience in system implementation

Accounts Officers (Foreign Bank)            
     
Responsibilities:

• Process and validate suppliers’ invoices
• Check and validate staff claims
• Prepare SWIFT messages
• Filing and consolidation of processed invoices and claims
• Preparation of Regulatory, Head Office, Internal and any ad-hoc reporting
• Assist in the smooth running of ancillary function like Accounts Payable and Nostro reconciliation
• Assist in the review of existing and new regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and proactively advise business units of any potential implications to the Bank and business
  

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in accounting with relevant experience
• Experience in handling of PPS system
• Knowledge in SWIFT payments
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborative working relationships
• Contract accounts roles are available too
