Finance Manager (Group Consolidation)  

Our client, a global player in the Real Estate Industry is inviting dynamic & mature Finance Manager to join them.

The Role:

•  Responsible for the regional consolidation, financial/management reporting, budgeting and forecasting that are in compliance with relevant statutory regulations
• Provides Variance analysis and explanation of key indicators/drivers
• Project accounting for strategic investments in fair valuation of convertible bonds etc
• Liaison with external auditors on audit requirements and accounting issues
• Participation in companies buyout and divestment exercises as well as initial set up of commercial funds and handling some financial matters of the new markets and other investment budget reporting
• Supervise a team of accountants
• Other adhoc projects as assigned
  

The Pre-Requisite:

• Degree in Accountancy and CPA qualified will be an added advantage
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Group Consolidation
• Meticulous and numeric savvy
• Able to strive in pressurizing environment and tight datelines
• Independent and strong in communication skill
