Tai Sin currently operates a highly successful network distributing electrical and control products, devices and accessories to a wide range of local and regional industries. Empowered by its expansion, the Group’s strengths as an electric solutions specialist is now even more strategically aligned to meet the needs of customers ranging from end-users to contractors, system integrators, engineers and consultants.
Today, the Group’s geographical presence extends to as far as the Middle East and New Zealand besides our regional coverage that includes Malaysia, Vietnam and Brunei.
Accountant
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly management report of Group and subsidiaries.
- Preparation of financial accounting, cost management accounting, budgeting, taxation and secretarial matters.
- Preparation of quarterly, half yearly and annual consolidated financial statement in compliance with listing guidelines, accounting standards and companies act for board meetings and announcement to SGX.
- Liaise with internal and external auditor for audit matters.
- Perform adhoc projects as and when required.
- Support operations closely on all financial matters.
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Accountancy with minimum 2 years of experience.
- Preferably 1 year experience as an external auditor.
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a team player, able to work independently and adhere to tight reporting deadlines.
- Must be able to performed consolidation of financial statements.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
