Financial Analyst  

Job Requirements:

• Analysis on financials and forecasts.
• Identify and highlight opportunities and risks in forecasts.
• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to meet financial objectives and KPI
• Develop methods to track financials and forecasts to facilitate the understanding and interpretation of the numbers.
• Continuous review of internal controls and processes to improve efficiency and ensure data integrity.
• Standardise accounting and reporting formats to allow consistent comparisons and benchmarking.
• Review financials and accounting practices to ensure compliance with Corporate Policies , US and local GAAP
• Bachelor of Accountancy or equivalent.
• 4 – 8 years experience, preferably in MNC working environment
• Speaks fluent English and excellent communication skills
• Influence continuous improvement of performance relative to KPI
• Sound internal controls and compliance.
• Proactive & drive results.
• Strong business analysis skills.
• Timely and accurate reporting.
• Experienced in Hyperion is an added advantage
