Accounts Executive    
 

Our client, a global leader in the electronics industry is seeking for an Accounts Executive to join their fast-paced and dynamic organization.

This incumbent would be responsible for:

• Assisting in monthly and quarterly financial reporting
• Assisting in preparing year-end reports for statistics file
• Maintaining fixed assets registar
• Assisting in the yearly fixed asset count & reconciliation exercise
• Preparing fixed asset schedule for tax and insurance purpose
• Consolidating quarterly GST reporting for the group company in Singapore
• Preparing monthly cashflow report for management
• Assisting in annual Buisness Planning exercise and compiling reports at company level for reporting to HQ
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of Oracle system an advantage
• Team player
• Meticulous and detailed
• Able to start work immediately/ within short notice
• Willing to work at Beach Road
