ACCOUNTING MANAGER (Retail)

Responsibilities:
- You will lead the team in the preparation of timely and insightful analysis of pertinent information to ensure integrity of financial information and ensures functional excellence in the fulfilment of core accountabilities. You will develop action plans and processes, in coordination with management team, for integrating activities and optimizing department resources to meet major goals and objectives, participating in business planning, budgeting, and policy development, and participates in functional discussions and initiatives across departments. You will also develop internal and/or external partnerships that leverage resources and improve business unit responsiveness.
- To be the thriving candidate, you would need to be a CMA or CPA, having an extensive knowledge of accounting, GAAP, and statutory requirements, with at least 6 years of relevant experience with a Fortune 500/multi-national consumer products company, plus 3 years of proven people management experience.
