REGIONAL SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCE MANAGER

Are you interested in joining a highly respected multi-national consumer products organization? Our global, multi-million dollar business client is looking for a Regional Supply Chain Finance Manager.

This role reports to the General Manager whilst playing a critical role as a financial partner to the Regional Supply Chain Director to provide input and support to the Asia Pacific Supply Chain strategy.

Responsibilities include:

Resource Management

- Manage the Capital Expenditure approval process, liaising with BU’s, Region and Group. Provide support for the prioritisation of capital projects.
- Track and manage the Fuel for Growth/Restructuring programme across Asia Pacific to ensure that savings are delivered in line with commitments.
- Drive the working capital reduction programme across the Region to deliver the ambition model targets, working with BU’s to improve forecast accuracy and processes.
- Work with the Operations Development team to support sourcing decisions and plant configuration initiatives that optimise the performance of the Asia Pacific Supply Chain.

Reporting & Analysis

- Provide comprehensive financial reporting of all Supply Chain activities and develop reporting system enhancements to efficiently collect and communicate such information, highlighting key variances.
- Co-ordinate MCC reporting and undertake internal/external benchmarking of Supply Chain activities. Help identify savings opportunities and report the progress made on the Total Cost Agenda.

Budgeting & Forecasting
- Development of the annual Regional Supply Chain Contract and subsequent reforecasts based on information generated primarily by other Supply Chain Finance & non-Finance contacts.
- Challenge and validate all assumptions provided and identify all variances to prior year and Contract, as applicable.

To be considered, you should be tertiary educated with a minimum of 5+ years post qualification experience in finance. You must be experience in all finance disciplines and has contributed to senior management teams (both cross functional and within the finance function) and possesses a good understanding of Supply Chain operations. In addition, you must have strong communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to network throughout the multi-cultural organisation to ensure alignment to the Asia Pacific Supply Chain strategy.
