Manager, Credit Control
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior General Manager, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

Build an efficient and effective Receivable Section covering:
1. Rate audit and billing,
2. Dunning and collection,
3. Errors and exception handling
4. Monitor and follow-up with shared service centre on payment updating and bank reconciliations.

Ensure relevant and clear SOPs are in place so that the team and parties involved in same SOP are able to work effectively on a continuing basis. Review SOPs periodically when changes in business requirements deem necessary.

Encourage cross-functional team cooperation and proactively discuss issues with other Finance sections to find the best solution for all.

Identify leadership competencies, groom and build on these potentials as part of succession planning.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in - Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of team lead experience in a Finance/Accounting Capacity.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- An independent, analytical and well-organised person, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workflow to meet deadlines.
- Exposure and experience must have required interaction with multiple parties be it local or cross border.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Applicants must be willing to work in Tanjung Pagar.
- Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
