Due to our expansion into new business, we are seeking for dynamic individual to join us as

Finance Manager/Accountant

The incumbent will be reporting to the Vice President (Accounts and Control) and will be responsible for the accounting and control of the new business unit.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review financial and management reports for Companies incorporated in Hong Kong, British Islands, Mauritius, USA, Malaysia and Singapore
- Supervise support staff in accounting and reporting functions
- Liaise with auditors and tax agent
- Assist in reviews and negotiations on financial documentation
- Undertake any other accounting or financial functions as assigned

Requirement:

- Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Good understanding of accounting standard
- Strong in Microsoft Office Applications especially in Excel
- Organised, meticulous and proactive
- Able to work independently under pressure and tight timelines
- Good interpersonal skills with enthusiasm to excel in a team
- Strong sense of commitment
