Business Planning And Control Executive
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
You will play a pivotal role as the main liaison between sales companies in the Pan Asia & East Asia region and the factories. You will assist in providing sales order transactions support to sales companies and factories in the region. Your key responsibilities also include planning and control of Digital Imaging category products, as well as attending to the forecasting of regional inventory in the sales companies in order to maintain an optimal inventory level. Additional duties include working closely with the business units to gather overall information, profit & loss projections, budgetary control as well as Forecasting/Actual reporting. The job scope also includes controlling of Selling & General Administration (SGA) expenses as well as implementing SGA reduction activities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or Finance with minimum 2 years of experience in related field
- Strong analytical skills with a good acumen for numbers
- Ability to analyze and solve problems independently
- A team player with great communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
