Commisions Analyst
Our Client, a Telelcommunications MNC located in the East of Singapore, is seeking for an independent & responsible Commissions Analyst to join their established organization.
The Role:
- In-charge of the calculation for Sales personnel for their monthly sales commission
- Liaise with payroll and finance on accuracy of data and sales figures consolidated in order to process the calculation of commission
- To manage and ensure that data entered into the systems is accurate and to resolve on the issues of discrepancies with respective department
- To co-ordinate with Payroll, Finance, and Sales Managers on issues pertaining to commission and to ensure on-time payment release
- Providing forecast on Sales Commission to Region, including analysis of variance.
- Monthly administering the Sales Crediting, ensuring that credits are allocated in accordance with signed Comp Plan.
- Monthly administering the calculation of Sales Commission timely and accurately.
The Pre-Requisites:
- Minimum Degree / Diploma in Finance, ACCA or relevant qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of Sales Compensation/ Commission Analyst related experience in MNC environment
- Meticulous, articulate and numerate
- Proficiency in Computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
- Highly driven and possess good interpersonal & analytical skills
