A leading European Investment Bank with a strong brand in the Asia Pacific market are looking to increase headcount in their Projects team between Middle Office & Front Office - this role will be based in Singapore.
The role will focus on Change The Bank projects in line with any structural, product or strategic initiatives that are driven by the bank. You will work closely with the product control and regional project teams to ensure that financial processes and procedures are being adjusted accordingly, as well as providing hands on support in advance of new initiatives being introduced. This position will require candidates to also have involvement in internal control improvement on a continuous basis.You will also work with the finance team to provide financial analysis on the impact on proposed projects as part of the decision making process.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- A strong finance background, ideally supported by a financial qualification
- Excellent front-to-back project experience gained within a financial institution
- Exposure to process re-engineering and ideally change management
- A background in product control would be highly beneficial
- Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
